SOS Organics brings to you a delicious mix of flours from the Uttrakhand hills. The flour is made using a German holistic Zentrofan Vortex Flour Mill. The innovative vortex technology is designed to mill whole grains below 38 C using a single lava stone thereby preserving all the nutrients of the valuable grains.  Himalayan Four Grain Flour is a delicious blend of Himalayan Wheat flour, roasted Amaranth flour, Madhira (Barnyard Millet) flour and Madua (Finger Millet) flour.

In an increasingly polluted urban environment, where our water, air and food are contaminated, keeping healthy has become something of a challenge. Sourced from organic produce and hand-sorted in Himalayan villages, all our produce is grown naturally without the use of harmful chemicals in our effort to preserve the biodiversity of the Himalayas and to sustain indigenous crop.
