Used extensively in Italy, polenta or corn semolina is highly nutritious. A substitute for rice and wheat, our Himalayan Polenta can also be used for making porridge. An excellent alternative for people with gluten allergies.

The corn is a non hybrid variety and  is cold ground in a slow moving stone mill thereby preserving all the nutrients.
